Echo Hill Camp is privately owned and operated by the Peter P. Rice, Jr, family. Peter Rice Jr. has over 50 years of experience in the fields of camping and education at Echo Hill. Peter is also the founder and director of the Echo Hill Outdoor School which is an environmental school located on the Echo Hill campus and operates throughout the calendar school year.
Peter and his wife, Libby, met at camp and have since created a home away from home for 100's of thousands of people. |
Their eldest daughter, Katie Rice Moulsdale, along with youngest Peter Rice III, work year round as Co-Directors. His daughter Julie is an Assistant Director and Waterfront Director during the camp season. Peter is also joined by Annelieke Walbert and Zach Cruz, both have been apart of the Echo Hill Community for decades.
