Each family has a Parent Portal account. This is your family’s personal online account and contains all the forms, documents, medical, session and financial information. You’ll also use this account to send emails to your camper, view photos, update your contact information, and create guest accounts for grandparents and other relatives.
Each parent has a distinct login email address which allows you to access your Parent Portal account. Your email address will also be used to receive other important communications from camp. You can access your Parent Portal account by clicking the button below OR by clicking on the Parent Portal button on the top right of the web site.
Emails and Photos We know how important it is to you to feel connected to your child while apart. We are happy to be able to offer you CampMinder’s eLetter program and Photo Gallery. Using the same secure user name and password that you used to enroll your child, you will have access to our Photo Gallery, which will be updated throughout each session. You may also subscribe to the Email program, which allows you to send emails to your child. More information can be found on the page, Communication at Camp.
Accessing your Parent Portal account Go to the Parent Portal page and login using your email address and password. If you don’t remember your password, click on retrieve/set password and you’ll receive an email from CampMinder. This email will contain a link with instructions on how to re-set your password.
If the system does not recognize your email address, please call the camp office at 410-348-5303 and we will add the email address you plan to use with your account.
